LOCATION: Suffolk
SAALRY: £Up to circa £60k

THE ROLE:
You will be working closely with senior lawyers on a range of residential development and strategic land matters such as conditional and unconditional sale agreements, site acquisitions and disposals, development finance transactions, strategic land option and promotion agreements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer seeking high-quality work, meaningful client contact, and genuine long-term progression within a supportive and ambitious environment.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor (Residential Development) will have at least 3 years PQE in dealing with residential development matters and you will possess strong drafting and negotiation skills. You’ll gain hands-on exposure while continuing to develop your technical expertise and commercial awareness in a thriving sector. Commercially aware and solutions-focused you will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with practicing rights.

This role would suit an ambitious solicitor looking to build their profile in residential development work, with clear progression prospects and the chance to play a part in the team’s continued growth.
