THE ROLE:
A UK Top 50 law firm is seeking a private client Solicitor to join its well-regarded and collaborative London-based team. The role has a particular focus on cross-border wills, succession and estate planning, with an emphasis on Spanish private client matters.

The role will involve drafting and negotiating wills, trusts, deeds and related private client documentation, alongside preparing tailored advice to clients. You will manage the administration of complex cross-border estates, liaise directly with clients, advisers and other stakeholders, and manage an active caseload to deliver clear, practical advice. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to the firm's marketing, networking and broader business development activities.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from candidates with 2-4 years’ PQE gained at a reputable law firm and who can demonstrate a genuine interest in private client and cross-border work. You will have a solid technical knowledge of wills, estates, trusts and tax planning, together with strong drafting skills and close attention to detail. Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous. The successful candidate will demonstrate professional integrity, a proactive approach to their work and a strong commitment to delivering an excellent level of client service.
