Corporate Solicitor

Corporate Solicitor, 3-5 Years PQE, Birmingham, £70,000+ (DOE) – This is an opportunity to work on a broad, high-quality caseload, gain real responsibility, and develop your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. JOB REF:2515.

THE ROLE:
• You’ll be involved in a broad mix of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and advisory work, shareholder and investment agreements and commercial contracts and general corporate support
• You’ll work closely with experienced lawyers while also building strong client relationships of your own.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with between 3–5 years’ PQE
• You will be experienced in, or keen to develop a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, corporate governance and commercial contracts
• A strong team player with excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Technically confident, with excellent drafting skills and sound commercial judgement
• Proactive, organised and detail-focused, with the motivation to take on new challenges and progress your career
