Private Client Lawyer

Private Client Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Gloucestershire, £40,000+ (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a genuine interest in Wills and Probate work to develop their career within a supportive and quality-driven firm. JOB REF:2499

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied private client caseload to include Wills and Probate matters
• Drafting Wills, probate papers, applications for Grants, administration accounts, and related correspondence
• Preparing legal forms and documentation for clients and relevant third parties
• Obtaining and reviewing evidence and statements
• Ensuring efficient day-to-day progress of all matters, prioritising workload and keeping clients regularly informed

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with up to 3 Years PQE
• STEP membership is an advantage
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively
• Strong IT skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and case management software
• Excellent written English, with strong drafting skills and attention to detail
