THE ROLE:
The appointed lawyer will manage a varied caseload, including investigations, enforcement, fitness to practise, and interim suspension matters, making decisions in complex, high risk cases. The role also involves handling issues with potential reputational impact and overseeing related litigation. The organisation offers a hybrid working model, requiring at least two days per week in the London office, with flexibility for team and company events.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are open to qualified solicitors, barristers, and FCILEx with experience managing a caseload of complex legal or regulatory matters, including litigation, tribunals, or hearings. Candidates with experience in case management, investigations, enforcement, or working for a regulator, as well as familiarity with committees, boards, and regulatory procedures, are particularly welcome.
