OVERVIEW:
• Managing a broad range of corporate matters including share and asset sales and purchases, mergers and demergers, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements, share incentive schemes and general company law.
• Working with a diverse client base across regional, national and international markets including high profile and fast growing businesses, particularly within the video games and technology sectors.
• Taking primary responsibility for managing your own caseload while also supporting senior lawyers on complex, high value corporate transactions.
• A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Demonstrable experience advising on a wide variety of corporate transactions.
• Commercially astute, confident in their approach and capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• A progressive and forward thinking Yorkshire law firm with a strong national and international reputation.
