THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Court of Protection Paralegal to join the private client team and deal with court of protection. The firm are ideally looking for someone with experience in Court of Protection work who is looking to develop their career within this area of law. As the appointed Court of Protection Paralegal you will be assisting lawyers on court of protection matters, preparing and managing court applications, as well as liaising with families, clients medical professional to name a few duties.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have prior experience of dealing with court of protection matters and possess strong organisational skills along with excellent communication skills. You will have at least 12 months’ experience in working within an established team recognised for their court of protection offerings. Superb opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a successful career within court of protection work.
