Private Client Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, London, £Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for a talented and commercially minded individual to join a respected Private Client team. JOB REF:2333.
THE ROLE:
• Advise clients on wills, trusts, estate planning, and administration with clarity and confidence.
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Represent clients in negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care.
• Work closely with third parties, including tax authorities, financial institutions, and other legal advisors.
• Stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes, implementing best practice solutions across the team.
• Provide tax-aware guidance on estate planning and client wealth management strategies.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Minimum 5 years PQE in private client law, with hands-on experience in wills, trusts, and estates.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with the confidence to guide clients through complex decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain technical matters clearly.
• Highly organised, attentive to detail, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills under pressure.
• Empathetic and personable, able to build strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
