Commercial Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Hampshire, £Competitive (DOE) – An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a growing and ambitious corporate commercial team. JOB REF:0235

THE ROLE:
• The role offers exposure to high-quality, varied work for a broad client base ranging from household-name brands to regulated and owner-managed businesses, with increasing involvement in international and cross-border projects.
• This position offers the chance to develop your expertise across a wide spectrum of commercial and regulatory work, within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
• You will work with clients operating across sectors such as technology and software, manufacturing, financial services, and consumer-facing markets, advising on both strategic projects and day-to-day commercial matters.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in a similar role
• Solid general commercial experience, coupled with an interest in building expertise in financial services and regulatory matters
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
