OVERVIEW:
•The organisation is seeking a Senior Lawyer to support the ongoing growth and development of its high performing investigations team
•Responsibilities include, providing legal guidance, managing evidence and procedural escalations, and ensuring high quality case progression.
•This role involves leading and mentoring a team of investigation lawyers and paralegals
•You will also oversee cases through every stage of the fitness to practise process
•The organisation operates on a hybrid model with 1-2 days per week in the office
•Qualified solicitors or barristers with at least five years’ PQE are encouraged to apply
•You will be skilled in conducting fitness to practise investigations and capable of assessing evidence and preparing cases for hearings
•The organisation is looking for candidates with strong leadership, excellent communication, organisational skills, and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
