This senior role will involve advising clients across the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with the opportunity to play a key role in the continued development of the practice.

The successful candidate will be:
• A Partner or Senior Associate ready for partnership
• Experienced in advising businesses on all aspects of employment law
• Commercially minded with a strong client-focused approach
• Confident in developing client relationships and supporting business growth
• Experienced in mentoring and supervising junior team members (desirable)
