THE ROLE:
Are you well versed across all aspects of employment law? Looking for a supportive and growing practice where you can see your career flourish? An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join this leading law firm and deal with a varied caseload of employment matters mainly on behalf of employers. The appointed Employment Lawyer will be advising mainly Employers on both contentious and non-contentious matters including employment contracts, settlement agreements, HR policies and a variety of other issues. Ideal Employment Lawyers will have experience representing clients in Employment Tribunal litigation.

THE CANDIDATE:
Employment Lawyers with a strong record of dealing with all types of employment law are encouraged to apply for this position. To be considered for this role and you must have 4 years PQE in handling a diverse caseload of employment related matters. You will have gained relevant experience within a leading practice renowned for their employment offerings and ideally have experience of both contentious and non-contentious employment related issues such as termination of contracts, employee disputes, dismissals, discrimination, reorganisations and TUPE. With some experience of business development and networking, the appointed Employment Lawyer will possess the ability to hit the ground running and deal with a full and varied caseload of employment related matters.
