Residential Property Solicitor – Job Ref: 215302099

We are currently working with a well-established London firm who are seeking a full-time Residential Property Solicitor to join it's expanding property team.

You will handle a varied caseload of non-contentious residential property matters, with support where required. Experience in developing and managing your own caseload and building lasting client relationships is highly desirable.

There is excellent scope for long-term career progression, and the role may also include exposure to commercial property work for those with the relevant interest.

The Role:
• Managing a varied residential property caseload with appropriate support
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Actively contributing to business development and client retention
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Working collaboratively within a growing department

Person Specification

Essential:
• Ideally 5+ years’ PQE in residential property (commercial property experience welcomed)
• Strong communication skills with clients and professional referrers
• Experience of, or willingness to, support and develop junior colleagues
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to build and maintain a client base
• Experience of working to targets
