Residential Property Solicitor, 3+ years’ PQE, Derbyshire, £35,000-£50,000 (DOE).
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a Legal 500 firm as a Residential Property Conveyancer. In this role you will mentor and inspire a small team while playing a key part in driving the department’s growth and ongoing success. The Role:

Lead, guide and inspire a close-knit and energetic team.
Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters.
Provide technical expertise and support to junior colleagues.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their professional growth.
Work closely with the Head of Residential Property to support departmental growth and long-term success.

The Candidate:

Experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
3+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
Strong IT and case management system skills.
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Previous experience in supervising or mentoring team members.
Proactive, client-focused and committed to delivering high-quality service.
