OVERVIEW:
• A role for a Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join a well-established small firm
• Handle a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and commercial acquisitions/disposals
• Manage files from start to finish, providing clients with practical advice and ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
• Take ownership of matters, liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals
• Work closely with a supportive admin and paralegal team, while maintaining autonomy over caseloads
• Ideal for a proactive solicitor comfortable managing a busy workload and delivering high-quality service under pressure
