PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - HEAD OF DEPARTMENT, 5+ PQE, STAFFORDSHIRE, EXCELLENT SALARY & BENEFITS ON OFFER. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Solicitor to develop their career and join the thriving Private Client team of a highly regarded, Lexcel-accredited firm. • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a diverse caseload of non-contentious Private Client work, covering wills, trusts, probate, Court of Protection matters and Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate planning, and providing advice on Inheritance Tax.

• You will demonstrate exceptional client care, offering clear and tailored guidance to a wide range of clients navigating sensitive and emotionally challenging circumstances.

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, the confidence to engage professionally with both clients and colleagues, and the ability to contribute positively to the wider team, offering support to junior members of the team and supervision as appropriate.

• The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including but not limited to the opportunity to earn 25% of any net billing over target.
