Job Description
REGULATORY LAWYER – FITNESS TO PRACTISE, LONDON/ HYBRID, 3 – 5 YEARS’ PQE, £55,000 - £65,000. •The appointed lawyer will oversee a caseload of complex, high risk investigations, providing guidance and support to paralegals while managing cases throughout the full Fitness to Practice process. You will receive support from the paralegal as needed.
•Responsibilities include conducting thorough investigations, gathering and analysing evidence, assessing risk, preparing cases for hearings, and providing legal advice to the team.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external legal providers, registrants, their representatives, and witnesses.
•Applicants will be a qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEX Lawyer with 3 – 5years’ PQE and skilled in conducting investigations and preparing cases for hearings.
•Expert in regulatory law and evidence rules, adept at communicating complex matters with clarity and tact
