OVERVIEW:
  • An opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ PQE, ideally with experience across a broad spectrum of private client matters.
  • You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of private client matters such as Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax
  • You will provide exceptional client care and deliver high-quality legal advice to the firm’s loyal client base
  • Independently manage your workload and deadlines, while also working effectively as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong communication, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach are key to success in this role
  • The private client department consists of a junior solicitor and a partner
  • This position is primarily office-based, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week
  • The role offers a chance to settle into a growing and ambitious team with genuine long-term career prospects
