Commercial Property Solicitor, 1-4 Years PQE, London, £65,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to specialise in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work, gaining hands-on experience across a diverse client base and a broad range of complex matters. JOB REF:1798

THE ROLE:
• In this role, you’ll advise on all aspects of commercial property matters to include freehold and leasehold disposals and acquisitions, portfolio management work, development, support of corporate transactions and advising on technical charity property issues.
• You will support business development and contributing to the growth of the commercial property practice.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 1-4 years’ PQE, with demonstrable experience in a wide range of commercial property matters for charity, not-for-profit and social business clients.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
