OVERVIEW:
• The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• The caseload comprises high-quality conveyancing matters drawn from a strong local client base and repeat business, including freehold and leasehold transactions, new builds, and lease extensions, among others
• The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from initial instruction through to completion, with administrative and secretarial support provided
• This position is designed with a view to developing into a management role
• You will possess excellent communication and client care skills, meeting clients in person and delivering high-quality legal advice and service
• The firm offers genuine opportunities for career development within a supportive and friendly working environment
• This opportunity is open to locum solicitors seeking a return to a permanent role
