Commercial Property Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Cornwall £45,000+ (DOE) – A new role for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:1693

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include sales, acquisitions, development, leases and investment work.
• You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced partners and play a key role in supporting them with more complex matters.
• Play an active role in business development and growing the practice

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE.
• A strong track record in commercial property law
• Strong business development skills
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment.
