Private Client Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, London, Excellent £ Salary & Benefits Package (DOE) – Following a period of growth, this well-established firm are seeking an experienced private client Solicitor to join their team - JOB REF: 215301677

• Applications are sought from private client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, who have experience in estate administration, including both probate and intestacy.

• The role involves applying for grants of representation, handling related inheritance tax returns, drafting wills, and lasting powers of attorney (for finance & property as well as health & welfare), and managing court of protection deputyship cases.

• You will advise on a variety of matters, providing guidance on tax implications and estate planning, negotiating on behalf of clients, and liaising with third parties to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong drafting and reviewing abilities, and a keen attention to detail to ensure work is organised and compliant with regulatory requirements.

• You will be proactive, able to manage your own caseload, and empathetic toward clients navigating complex and challenging situations.
