THE ROLE:
This leading law firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its dynamic Private Client team, handling a full spectrum of contentious trust and probate matters. Responsibilities will include advising on disputed wills, trustee claims, and Inheritance Act claims, as well as applications for the removal of executors, with the opportunity to work on contentious Court of Protection cases.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and demonstrate a strong understanding of contentious private client law, supported by solid technical expertise. You will possess excellent communication skills and provide personable, client-focused guidance, helping clients navigate complex and sensitive matters. Additionally, STEP or ACTAPS qualifications would be highly advantageous.
