CORPORATE SOLICITOR, 6+ PQE, LONDON, SALARY UP TO £75-95,000 (DOE). This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Lawyer to join the dynamic Corporate practice of a well-regarded firm. The role offers the chance to handle rewarding and high-quality work while enjoying an excellent range of benefits. JOB REF: 215301668

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of non-contentious corporate matters, working closely with a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. This will include advising mid-level corporates, financial institutions, family-owned businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and start-ups, providing tailored and commercially focused legal advice.

• You will take responsibility for managing your own independent caseload, which will include drafting and negotiating heads of terms, asset and share purchase agreements, and disclosure letters / due diligence reports.

• In addition, you will be responsible for drafting ancillary documents, overseeing transactions through to exchange and completion, and handling all relevant post-completion matters to ensure a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

• You will demonstrate a strong interest in business development and the ability to achieve agreed targets, working effectively under pressure and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client care are essential for success in this role.

• The firm offers a competitive benefits package, including hybrid working, a minimum of 25 days’ annual leave (increasing with service) plus office closure between Christmas and New Year, and participation in the Employee Pension Scheme. You will also have access to private medical insurance, an income protection scheme, death-in-service cover, and a range of additional benefits designed to support your wellbeing and work-life balance.
