JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor (Commercial Property)
PQE: NQ+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: Circa £60k plus

OVERVIEW:

• Suitable candidates will have completed a seat in Real Estate as part of their training contract, or have up to 2 years’ PQE gained in another leading regional or national law firm
• The opportunity to work for a range of national clients whilst developing your skills and knowledge with a view to running your own transactions, whilst working as part of a team on large transactions
• Work on a variety of Real Estate work to include landlord and tenant, asset management, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, development agreements and lease renewals and easements.
