THE ROLE:
• Handle a caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Work with autonomy while supported by directors, a team of assistants and other conveyancers
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-street practice where flexibility and teamwork are valued
• Office based role, with flexibility provided when needed
THE CANDIDATE:
• An experienced Conveyancer with at least 3 years of experience handling residential conveyancing matters - open to licensed conveyancers, legal executives or qualified solicitors
• Confident in managing files independently from instruction through to completion
• Flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable in a high-street firm environment
• Someone who values both professional growth and being part of a friendly, close-knit team
