Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 DOE
Experience: 3–5 years PQE+
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years PQE (or more), looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and dynamic team.

The Role:
You will manage a varied and high-quality general commercial property caseload, including but not limited to:
• Drafting and negotiating leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial developments
• Property finance
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years PQE in Commercial Property law
• Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, client-focused approach
• Ability to manage files independently and work collaboratively in a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
