The appointed lawyer will handle a diverse and complex caseload, including easements, wayleaves, option agreements, leases and land sales with development potential. COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE:
he appointed lawyer will handle a diverse and complex caseload, including easements, wayleaves, option agreements, leases, and land sales with development potential. You will work with a range of clients, including landowners, developers, and funders. Applications are open to solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. In depth knowledge of commercial property work and experience in agricultural or property development law is beneficial however, it is not essential. Flexible working post probation period. The firm also offers career progression opportunities.
