Family Solicitor

FAMILY SOLICITOR, 2-4+ PQE, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, £50-60,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join the specialist family team of this well regarded firm, known for providing high-quality legal services. JOB REF: 215301286

The appointed Solicitor will manage a broad spectrum of family law matters, providing advice to a diverse client base on complex and sensitive issues. Collaborating closely with an experienced team, you will benefit from valuable collaboration and have the opportunity to progress your career.

• You will manage your own caseload, dealing with divorce and dissolution proceedings, separation of cohabiting partners, and resolving financial issues between cohabiting partners and divorcing spouses.

• You will also advise on premarital and prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, and postnuptial agreements. In addition, you will oversee cases involving children affected by divorce or separation, as well as disputes with former spouses and family members.

• You will be personable and empathetic, delivering outstanding client service while building and maintaining strong relationships with contacts and trusted referrers to promote the firm and its services through business development.

• You will demonstrate excellent mediation and communication skills, together with the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively, meet deadlines, and achieve billing targets, all while securing the best possible outcomes for clients.
