Court of Protection Solicitor, 2+ years’ PQE, Manchester, Up to c£50,000 (DOE) – This leading specialist law firm is enjoying continued success and growth within the Court of Protection sector, and now seeks to appoint a talented Court of Protection Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. JOB REF:1268
THE ROLE:
• Manage your own caseload of Property and Affairs matters within the Court of Protection.
• Advise clients, families, support teams and external solicitors on a wide range of legal matters.
• Handle applications to the Court of Protection.
• Support senior colleagues on complex and high-value cases.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• At least 2 years’ PQE with experience in Court of Protection work.
• Strong knowledge of funding options and welfare issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
