Job Description
        Residential Conveyancer, 4+ Years PQE, Bristol / Hybrid, Full time or Part time opportunity, £Competitive – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 1191.
THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
• This will include transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• You will work within a supportive, collaborative team environment
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum 4 years' PQE
• Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
