PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 4+ PQE, KENT, SALARY UP TO £65-75,000 (DOE). • The role will involve managing a diverse caseload covering all aspects of private client matters, including wills, trusts, tax, estate, and succession planning, working largely independently while collaborating with other team members where appropriate.

• This will involve supervising and mentoring junior associates and trainees, managing client relationships, and collaborating with their advisers and intermediaries to support the growth of both your own and the wider department’s practice, as well as actively engaging in business development initiatives.

• You will be responsible for taking client instructions, delivering clear advice, and managing expectations on legal, tax, and practical commercial matters, as well as drafting deeds, documents, advice notes, letters, and correspondence tailored to each client’s specific requirements.

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, consistently deliver work of the highest quality, and adopt a flexible approach to meet deadlines. A genuine interest in business development and a willingness to contribute to team management are also highly valued.
