JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 1+ years
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
Based in Cambridge, you will be joining a forward thinking and highly regarded commercial property team with a strong national reputation. You'll handle a broad and stimulating caseload of commercial property matters, including but not limited to acquisitions and disposals, development projects and landlord and tenant work. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will work closely with a diverse client base and provide practice and commercially focused advice on a variety of complex and high-value matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 3 years PQE gained within a leading regional or city practice renowned for their commercial property offerings. You will have strong technical experience along with strong drafting and negotiation skills. With a strong track record in real estate law, you will be looking for a supportive and collaborative team where you will see your career flourish.
