JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Competitive salary

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse and rewarding caseload, work closely with a supportive team, and play a key role in the development of our private client offering. As the appointed Private Client Lawyer, you will handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision, which includes taking instructions for and drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration and Court of Protection applications.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 5 years PQE in handling your own caseload of private client matters and be able to deal with your own files as well as provide support to junior members of the team and work collaboratively with staff. Conducting your own caseload on behalf of a diverse client base, you will be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge across the full range of private client matters.
