Commercial Litigation Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £Competitive (DOE) – If you're a forward-thinking, strategic litigator ready to step into a senior-level role in a collaborative, people-first environment – this could be your next great move. JOB REF: 0971.

THE ROLE:
• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes including: Commercial contract disputes, Shareholder/partnership disputes, IP and IT-related litigation and Restrictive covenant claims and more
• Handle matters from pre-action advice through to High Court/Court of Appeal proceedings.
• Collaborate with Partners on high-value, business-critical disputes.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Actively contribute to firmwide initiatives and a thriving team culture.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
• Substantial experience in commercial litigation with strong procedural and technical expertise.
• A client-focused, solution-oriented mindset – balancing legal knowledge with commercial awareness.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
