Job Description
Residential Development Solicitor, NQ+, Manchester, To c£70,000 (DOE) – A fabulous opportunity to join a market leading Residential Development team within this national law firm. JOB REF: 0935
• This high-impact role will see you working closely with top housebuilders and a specialist developers on major projects across England and Wales.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload including land acquisitions, developer collaboration agreements, disposals of serviced parcels, funding arrangements and regeneration projects.
• Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors with up to around 3 years' PQE in real estate, ideally with experience advising on development projects. Recently qualified Solicitors who have trained with a Top 100 law firm and have a relevant seat are encouraged to apply.
• You’ll be collaborative and commercially astute, with a keen interest in residential development work.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
