FAMILY SOLICITOR (Legal Aid), 3+ PQE, BEDFORDSHIRE, UP TO £45-55,000 (DOE). An outstanding opportunity to join the Public Family Law team at this respected Legal 500 firm, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, and the chance to manage a rewarding and meaningful caseload. • The firm welcomes applications from candidates with at least 3 years’ PQE in Family Law, with experience representing vulnerable clients in complex and sensitive Legal Aid cases.

• The role will encompass a wide range of specialist Family Law matters, including divorce and separation, care proceedings, and child protection cases. You may also manage matters involving contact with a child in care, discharge of care orders, special guardianship orders, and cases relating to domestic violence.

• You should be personable and empathetic, with the confidence to engage effectively with clients and the skills to draft clear correspondence, court applications, statements, and other documents required for proceedings.

• Strong communication skills are essential, together with the ability to manage a busy caseload, meet deadlines, and deliver the best possible outcomes for clients through robust and effective representation
