OVERVIEW:
•You will be responsible of handling a caseload of private client matters
•This includes, Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, Court of Protection matters, Deputyship management, Inheritance Tax planning, Asset Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Compensation Trusts
•The firm are looking for a qualified solicitor with extensive experience in private client law
•STEP Diploma completed or currently in progress
•On offer is a competitive salary and bonus scheme
