FAMILY SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, LONDON, SALARY UP TO £60-70,000 (DOE). Exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded firm, taking on leadership of its thriving family department, you will help shape the team as it experiences a period of rapid growth. JOB REF: 215300779


• The firm is seeking applications from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in family law, with membership of Resolution or the Family Law Panel. A client following is also essential.

• The role will involve handling a caseload primarily consisting of Legal Aid matters alongside some private cases, with a particular focus on private children law issues, including contact, residence, and relocation matters.

• You must have proven management experience, as you will be responsible for leading and supervising the family practice, mentoring junior team members, fostering staff development and high-quality work, while maintaining exceptional client care and strict compliance with regulatory standards.

• You will play an active role in the team’s business development, managing client relationships and collaborating with external partners, professional bodies, and referral networks to strengthen and grow the client base.
