• Applications are welcome from qualified solicitors with 6+ years’ PQE experience gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm with strong knowledge in real estate investment transactions.

• The role will involve handling both conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals, as well as portfolio acquisitions, disposals, asset management, and financings.

• Additionally, you will also be responsible for acting on behalf of landlords and tenants across various sectors on a range of matters, including leases, surrenders, agreements for lease, and day-to-day management issues such as licences to assign or alter.

• You will also play a crucial role in business development initiatives and contribute to growth strategies within the practice.

• You must demonstrate commercial awareness, strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to deliver clear, practical advice under pressure. You should have a flexible approach to meeting client deadlines and maintaining regular, proactive communication.
