JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: NQ-3 years
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: £60k plus (DOE)

THE ROLE:
Are you a driven and ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? You'll be involved in a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, supporting a diverse client base with strategic and day-to-day legal advice.

THE CANDIDATE:
We’re seeking a qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law. Ideal candidates will have a solid grounding in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, gained during their training or early PQE years at a leading regional or City firm. A strong client focus, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills are essential. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat.
