EMPLOYMENT LAWYER (WORKPLACE INVESTIGATOR) – LOCUM 3 + PQE, BRISTOL/ HYBRID, COMPETITIVE SALARY. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer seeking a role that offers an alternative to the traditional employment lawyer position within a Top 50 law firm. JOB REF: 0702

•The firm are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a growing team as a workplace investigator, responsible for conducting independent, high quality investigations into sensitive and complex workplace matters.

•The appointed lawyer will have a solid understanding of employment law, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, as well as matters related to discrimination and whistleblowing.

•The firm welcomes applications from solicitors with 3+ years' PQE in employment law or experienced HR professionals with a strong, practical understanding of employment legislation.

•The ideal candidate will have experience handling cases with senior personnel, navigating complex employment law issues, and conducting or advising on intricate workplace investigations.
