Personal Injury Solicitor (Serious Injury), Birmingham, 3-5 Years PQE, £65,000+ (DOE) - If you're looking to build a career where you can make a genuine difference in the lives of those affected by life-altering injuries, this is the role for you. JOB REF:0676.

THE ROLE:
• Lead the investigation and litigation of complex Serious Injury cases
• Deliver an exceptional client experience built on empathy, trust and expertise
• Build and maintain strong external relationships to grow the team’s market-leading profile
• Play a key role in business development and new client acquisition

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Personal Injury Solicitors with between 3–5 years PQE in multi-track serious injury litigation
• A track record of successful case outcomes and cost recovery
• A strong appetite for business development and relationship-building
• Outstanding client care and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• A genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients facing life-changing circumstances
