Property Litigation Solicitor

Property Litigation Solicitor, 2-4 Years PQE, London, £60,000+ (DOE) – Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor looking for that next challenge? This could be the role for you! JOB REF:0658.

THE ROLE:
• You’ll play a hands-on role within a dynamic and growing team, working across a wide range of disputes for a diverse and high-profile client base
• You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include Lease renewals, Possession claims, Trespass/squatter claims and injunctions, Rent arrears and Boundary and rights of way issues
• You will also assist more senior members of the team with more complex cases.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 2-4 Years PQE
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Commercially aware and quick to grasp new concepts
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to develop
• Confident managing own caseload with appropriate supervision
