Senior Private Client Solicitor

Location: Bristol
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Work Pattern: Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (not fully remote)
PQE Required: 7+ years

About the Role:
We’re working with a well-established law firm that is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to take the lead within their Private Client department. This is a key strategic hire offering excellent long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Acting as the principal fee-earner for the Private Client department
• Drafting and advising on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Administering estates from start to finish
• Advising clients on trusts, lifetime gifts, inheritance tax planning, and related matters
• Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to departmental growth

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years’ PQE in Private Client law
• STEP qualification and/or membership of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of Private Client work
• Confident, self-sufficient, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and client care skills
