Corporate Solicitor, 3+ Years' PQE, Oxford, £55,000 – £85,000 (DOE) - Are you a talented Corporate Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE looking for your next career move? Join a highly regarded and forward-thinking legal team in Oxford, working on high-quality corporate matters for an impressive portfolio of clients. JOB REF:0641.

THE ROLE:
• We’re looking for a driven and commercially astute lawyer who is ready to take on a varied caseload and work with a collaborative, dynamic team.
• You will be responsible for a varied corporate caseload to include Mergers and acquisitions, Shareholder agreements and joint ventures, Business sales and purchases and Private equity and investment work
• You will also assist more senior members of the team with more complex matters.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE
• Solid experience in handling corporate transactions independently
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Commercial mindset and strong business acumen
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
