Residential Conveyancing Locum – 1st to 31st October | Exeter

We are working with a well-regarded law firm in Exeter that is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Locum to provide holiday cover from 1st to 31st October.

Location: Exeter – in-office preferred, but hybrid working can be negotiated
Duration: 1st – 31st October
Position: Locum – Residential Conveyancing
Rate: Competitive hourly rate, DOE

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Providing a smooth handover at the start and end of the assignment

Candidate Requirements:
• Strong experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to handle files independently with minimal supervision
