COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR NQ-3 YEARS’ PQE, SURREY, SALARY UP TO £40-45,000. Reporting to the Head of Department of this leading firm, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to Real Estate Law, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.
• The firm is welcoming applications from candidates who are Qualified Solicitors or CILEX professionals in England and Wales, with a focus on Commercial Property Law.
• Applicants should either be newly qualified or have fewer than 3 years’ PQE, with experience in Commercial Property and a working knowledge of Residential Property matters.
• You will support senior team members and independently manage your own caseload of routine commercial property matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Responsibilities include legal research, supporting property transactions, advising clients, managing property portfolios (acquisitions, disposals, and leases), preparing documents and reports, attending client meetings, and ensuring legal compliance.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in legal research and drafting. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service are also key attributes for this role.
