OVERVIEW:
•You will independently manage a caseload of medical, dental, and other clinical negligence claims
•The appointed solicitor must provide legal services with a personal touch, consistently showing empathy and understanding
•Applications are welcome from newly qualified solicitors with experience in clinical negligence or complex, high value industrial disease cases, including fast or multi-track litigation
•Excellent communication and organisation skills
