Job Description
RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – LOCUM, 1- 4 YEARS’ PQE, HAMPSHIRE, COMPETITIVE SALARY. A reputable firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join their team on a temporary basis, starting in September and continuing through to January or February. JOB REF: 0556
•You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, from sales and purchases to re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity—handling everything from title checks and contract drafting to the full suite of conveyancing documentation.
•The appointed fee earner will provide clear legal advice to clients, coordinate closely with agents and solicitors to ensure a seamless process.
•Applicants should have between 1 and 4 years PQE with experience in residential property matters, including managing sales, purchases, remortgages, and related conveyancing transactions.
•You will advise clients on restructuring strategies and insolvency proceedings, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
•This is a locum contract running from September through January/February, ideal for candidates seeking temporary work during a busy period.
